Manifest, a technology-enabled spatial infrastructure platform, has launched in Nigeria to address inefficiencies in commercial real estate. Designed by corporate growth consultant Osayomon Obaseki-Ojogwu, the platform connects commercial space owners with curated brands for targeted offline activations.
The model was demonstrated on July 18 at the BYD Showroom on Akin Adesola Street in Victoria Island. BYD, a global electric vehicle manufacturer, partnered with Manifest to integrate 14 vetted homegrown enterprises into its showroom, transforming it into a multi-purpose commercial space.
This activation allowed BYD to run simultaneous electric vehicle test drives while attracting hundreds of design-conscious consumers. Participating small and medium enterprises gained access to prime retail space without the cost of long-term leases.
Manifest handles discovery, vetting, and placement, and also offers spatial conceptualization to optimize how brands use physical locations. The platform aims to scale as commercial real estate holders seek higher asset utilization and digital brands pursue agile offline expansion.
